Flying from the UK
There are direct flights from London City, Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton and Bristol.
Flying from Bulgaria
We are very sorry that there are no direct flights from Bulgaria. Please consider connections via Paris, Amsterdam or another major city.
Trains from London
Please consider taking the train from London to Bordeaux via Paris. If you time this correctly, it can take just over 5 hours!
Public transport
Bordeaux airport is located very close to Bordeaux. You can take public transport to the city centre (45 mins.). However, there is no public transport to the venue. We will provide phone numbers for local taxi companies closer to the date and may arrange transport depending on where guests are staying.
Driving to the venue and parking
Most car rental companies operate at Bordeaux airport. We’ve had a good experience renting with Goldcar. Driving to the venue from Bordeaux airport takes 45 mins to 1 hour. There is on-site parking available for those driving to the venue. Cars can be left overnight and collected the next day by 16:00.

What should I wear?
Bordeaux temperatures in August range between the mid-20s to 30s, so please keep it light. Cocktail dresses for the ladies and light suits for the gents. Ties are not required. Please bring some pool attire and a towel for the Sunday recovery and pool party.
How do I get to the venue?
Please plan to make your own way to the venue. Public transport is not available to the venue. There is ample parking. Please see taxi details above.
Are children invited?
Please check your invite.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Please check your invite.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you.
What food can I expect at the pool party?
We will have a pizza truck with vegetarian and vegan options.
Can I take photos and post them on social media?
We would prefer that our photos are taken by our professional photographer and not shared on social media.
Will your wedding be held outdoors?
Yes, our wedding ceremony and dinner will be outdoors. We will move indoors if it rains. Please bring 'grass appropriate' shoes.
What if I have dietary requirements?
Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary requirements.

Your gift to us is coming to the wedding! If you insist, we have added gift details above.
Accommodation
From hotels and airbnb, to local châteaux and even treehouses on the Dordogne river, we hope you find a beautiful place to spend a couple of days in the French countryside!
Bordeaux is the largest local city. This would be a good choice for those who wish to fly in and out for the weekend. Moulon is our closest local village. Saint Emillion is also just a 20 min drive from the venue and possibly one of the most beautiful French villages!
